A new word or phrase from the Hans Wehr dictionary, every Wednesday.


بغش baḡaša a: بغشت السماء (samā‘u) there was a light shower


Root: ب-غ-ش

Page: 83*

Example: “وَيَومَذاكَ بَغَشَتِ السَّماءُ”

Translation: “that day, there was a light shower”


Notes:
