Translation: “after years of supplication, he was blessed with a baby girl”
Notes:
- اِزْدانَ / يَزْدانُ is a form VIII verb from the hollow root ز-ي-ن; you’ll also notice how assimilation has taken place in this verb (ت > د)—for more on assimilation, see this post!
