Example: “رَغْمَ كُلِّ شَيْء—رَغْمَ كُلِّ الخَسائِرِ والآلامِ والخَيْبات—ظَلَّ قَلْبُها عامِرًا بِالأَمَل”

Translation: “despite it all—despite the losses, and pain, and disappointments—her heart remained full of hope”
