Example: “لَم يَتَأَثَّرْ بِمُناشَداتِهِم العاطِفيّةِ فَإِنَّ قَلبَهُ قَدْ قُدَّ مِن حَجَر”

Translation: “he wasn’t moved by their emotional pleas, he had a heart of stone”


Notes:

  • قُدَّ is a past tense passive form I verb from a geminate root!
