Translation: “in the weeks following that fateful day, it seemed as though things had returned to normal”
Notes:
- Under the noun نِصاب (which can be translated as “origin”), we find some interesting collocations in the dictionary. For example:
- وَضَعَ الحَقَّ في نِصابِه = to restore justice
- عادَ الهُدوءُ إلى نِصابِه = peace has been restored
